Wondering if this is crazy talk.

I’d like to have a #Yaesu #FTM500DR speaker output to #Tesla Model 3 infotainment. But the Bluetooth on the Yaesu sucks and doesn’t work with many things.

What if I plugged one of these into Speaker A port and paired with that instead? Or is there a better way to get headphone jack output into Tesla infotainment?

(I don’t want to use car mic… just speaker)

I was reading this and thinking... how neglected the CB radio band is in the US. It was only a few years ago that FM mode was allowed by the FCC. But it could become far more useful again like it was in the 1970's-80's if digital modes were permitted (without encryption, like on the ham bands).

#FT8 on 11m would be hopping!

And who knows, maybe it would attract more radio enthusiasts to #amateurRadio.

The Packet Radio node DNO349 and the #BBS DBX349 in 1k2 can now be reached on CB radio channel 24. The node is currently linked to AP1NOD in Hannover and does S&F with AP2BOX also in Hannover. Of course you can also reach my ANYBOX BBS (Fidonet and Co) via my node. And because it's so nice, I'm also setting up the same thing in #hamradio. 🙂 #packetradio #pr

This kind of compulsive brain dumping is *not* how my ADHD usually manifests. It's only started since I switched from Adderall to Dexmethylphenidate for treatment.

98% of my coworkers are telling me they appreciate that I'm taking the time now to more clearly articulate my thinking & motivations.

2% are asking me to please dial it back.

Wow... I put all of that effort into a *Discord channel*. Which is about as discoverable as the secret to immortality.

If I'd put that same effort into a Wiki, others would have been able to find it. I would have been able to improve on it as I learn.

And I could have just dropped the link to it in Discord.
