Opening the door for AI bullshit is not even the worst part of this idea.

“Human in the loop” is often treated as a safeguard in AI systems.

But under GDPR and the EU AI Act, the key question is whether that oversight is meaningful.

If reviewers rely on opaque outputs or constrained processes, the safeguard may be more formal than real.
