But under GDPR and the EU AI Act, the key question is whether that oversight is meaningful.

If reviewers rely on opaque outputs or constrained processes, the safeguard may be more formal than real.

@biytelum @Em0nM4stodon Human-in-loop, even human-on-the-loop, are ridiculous ideas. AI is most effective when the amount of data if beyond human comprehension and when decisions must be made in seconds or less. People can’t do that so in that realm, oversight is impossible.
