Really appreciate the contextual explanation of how handles work in the fediverse; when you have a complex design constraint that's fixed, you have to make an effort to help people understand it.

That’s the amazing Chris Murphy of Connecticut. A true leader and an important voice in the fight to save our democracy.
AI got the blame for the Iran school bombing. The truth is far more worrying

LLMs-gone-rogue dominated coverage, but had nothing to do with the targeting. Instead, it was choices made by human beings, over many years, that gave us this atrocity

Guess I need a new #introduction since I had to move from med-mastodon. I have been an IT Manager for most of my adult life and went back to college as an older student to earn my degree in #PublicHealth and #Psychology (Summa Cum Laude... who knew?).

I have volunteered at Covid vaccine clinics and for the National Park Service. I had often worked in negative-pressure rooms, treating covid patients.

I used to work as a #CNA, #OfficeManager at a PCP, and #ITManager (weird combo, I know), and am now in #PAschool.

Wish me luck!

@WarnerCrocker Cashless is sounding better.
