Wenn wir den Blick statt auf die Position auf das Können der Personen richten, werden wir sicherlich mehr zur Wertschöpfung beitragen. Die Frage vor oder während der Transformation "was wird aus den Positionen...?" kann daher schnell beantwortet werden.
