@nielspflaeging That is exactly my view. The clients were not thrilled to register and handle their inquieries on the ticket system. Their were annoyed to waste their time with useless notification instead of getting in touch by phone or e-mail directly with support engineers. #platformeconomy

Today I went to join a workshop session at a new client that adopted #CellStructureDesign, beginning in 2019/2020. The company is in the social sector and it has approximately 350 people. I admit I am impressed how far they got, just by using our published books and other publications!

After a workshop on #CellStructureDesign in Berne last week, organized by "Good Practice Group CH", one of the group's founders, Vladimir Riecicky, decided to raise the banner of the BetaCodex over Switzerland - so to speak!
Among our plans for Switzerland are further workshops on Cell Structure Design this year, potential #OpenSpaceBeta qualifications, and, if possible, to actually undertake or at least start an actual Beta transformation this year.
