Apparently it's an #earthquake sort of day in interior #alaska . A whole swarm of little ones near Salcha, including one they now have as a M4.1 (upgraded from M3.9).

Just discovered the #30DayMapChallenge . Apparently today is day 10 "A bad map".
This is quickly made yesterday: Looking at 1979-now, how much has the date of snow melt changed, according to the ERA5 European Climate Reanalysis data.
-1 means one day per year earlier on the average. Bad, because a) ERA5 has no useful data over glaciers (white cells), b) our AK mask leaves out two grid cells (more white cells in the middle). Also, caption... 🧐
