Cruise ship arrives in Seward with dead endangered fin whale on its bow
The carcass of the 61-foot, adult female fin whale — which was pregnant, based on initial findings — was towed to an area beach for a necropsy, NOAA Fisheries said.

25 years ago, I interviewed #ChiefLookingHorse about World Peace and Prayer Day, and was inspired to organized a solidarity event in #PortlandME (in conjunction with #PeaceActionMaine) where we made art, spoke truth, played music, and fed the #Unhoused. Yesterday was a perfect Father's Day/Solstice for my SO. He complained he hadn't felt "warm to his bones" since last summer, so he finally got his dose of sun.
His bones were happy.
