- Just in time for my review of The Wake of HMS Challenger, I found a second-hand copy of At Sea with the Scientifics from the University of Hawaii Press, which collects Joseph Matkin's letters home.
- Look what you made me do, Jordan Sorcery! I tracked down a very affordable copy of Jack Yeovil's Krokodil Tears in his Dark Future series.
- One more book from my employer's January sale: #Chimpanzees and Human Evolution from Belknap Press.
