Here we have it. The FIRST ruling on the SUBSTANCE of Trump‘s interpretation of the alien enemies act. Judge appointed by Trump in Texas strikes it down as UNLAWFUL. Sup court will eventually resolve, but couldn’t have a better harbinger. And of course it’s accurate – the Admin reading is fanciful.
