Uploaded my frosted glass shader to godotshaders.

Had to do it eventually, so I got palette swapping support working at the voxel-by-voxel level.
Cool side effect of this approach:
- The player can repaint terrain without any added overhead.
- Palette cycling is possible, for old school palette-based animation styles.
- I can have procedurally-generated terrain types that reuse existing textures
