Minnesota officials have filed a federal lawsuit accusing the Trump administration of withholding evidence related to three shootings by federal officers, including the shooting deaths of Renee Good and Alex Pretti. The lawsuit filed Tuesday claims that the federal government reneged on its promise to cooperate with state investigations after Operation Metro Surge, asking the court to order they comply. The administration sent thousands of officers to the Minneapolis and St. Paul area for the immigration crackdown as part of President Donald Trump’s national deportation campaign. Twenty years from now, there will be documentaries about how people could vote for Trump. They aren't going to say MAGA voted for a Christian, smart, caring, ethical, or capable man. They aren't going to suggest MAGA voters had a different vision for the nation. Well, you will not be surprised to find out that the Tangerine Tyrant has threatened the EU with constraints on supplies of Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) from the USA (now that global supply is constricted by the US/Israeli attack(s) on Iran), if they fail to pass the delayed EU/US trade deal without amendments.

So having delayed the ratification with his threats to Greenland, Trump is now using his disruption of LNG markets to drive his trade agenda.

Now some ICM members have launched a petition asking it not to meet in the US in 2026, for a list of reasons including US aggression in #Gaza, #Greenland, #Iran, and #Venezuela, and "serious concern that academics (or anyone) traveling to the US may be denied entry."

ICYMI (from the not-all-cyber-news-is-horrible dept), a cyberattack on a U.S. vehicle breathalyzer company has left drivers across the United States stranded and unable to start their vehicles. This story positively cries out for a headline-writing contest. TechCrunch reports:

"The company, Intoxalock, says on its website that it is “currently experiencing downtime” after a cyberattack on March 14. Intoxalock sells breathalyzer devices that fit into vehicle ignition switches, and is used by people who are required to provide a negative alcohol breath sample to start their car."
