Today is a win. Out of bed (just) before 10.30. Nearly 5000 steps as well (I am back in bed now, pacing is everything!).

Feeling better than I have in months, other than the fact my left arm is caning me, thanks to my booster yesterday. Feeling like I may finally be turning a corner.

Things I've managed to grow well so far - bunch of veggies, tamarillos, passion fruits and maize. Wheat and millets struggled with the excess rains.
