I have never considered the design of #DB 's official #ICE and #IC network map convincing. This was my motivation to create my own 🇩🇪 long-distance rail map a few years ago. It focuses more on systematic connections and their frequencies for better understanding rather than just showing every line.

Add time spent to fix major #usability defects to your burn-down chart, to better estimate the release date of usable software.

This chart tracks 2 types of story points, or development work. Blue bars show the remaining dev work. Orange bars show the points accumulated by fixing unexpected major usability issues found in user testing of prior blue-bar work.

The release date of a USABLE product is where the 2 projected lines cross.
