Interviewing? Here’s some tips on how to assess #uxresearch #maturity.
1️⃣ What’s the structure, where does research sit within the org?
2️⃣ What investments have they made in the practice of research?
3️⃣ What impact has research had?
4️⃣ How does the organization work with UXR?
Trust the process of UX research.
It may not always be clear where it will lead you, but it will always lead you to valuable outcomes. Stay curious.
User research may become that undesired radically honest friend. However, as much as it will help prove if hypotheses are wrong, it will also provide insights to get them right.
