I've joined a new gym and love that I can just rock up and be shown exactly what to do.
My local gym was the same classes each week and they pushed you to the max, I was always exhausted.

I enjoyed exercising with the gang however it wasn't for me. I took a break for a year and found this new place is perfect for me.
