As a general question would it be for a range of audience or specific audience? Are you writing for people who know and can do, or people have never considered, or people who don't know but can do, ...?

I'd say range would be:
1 - Interested
2 - Amateur
3 - Beginner
4 - Intermediate
5 - Advanced
6 - Highest level trade secrets, not for any human who would get less than 100% in every course on cybersecurity, computer science, and statistics.
I'm sitting at a 2 (🔻3). (As an analyst, I should change the order to match the colour and direction - clarity over confusion).

It'd be especially useful if it was end user targeted.

I know plenty of non tech folk who are becoming more aware of their lack of digital privacy daily. I'd be confident pointing them towards your write-ups if they'd get it without my needing to do much translating.
