Throughout this month my ex has continued to illegally withhold my daughter from me. Every week or two I've setup a time for my daughter to be in my care and I'm open and able to do 50% parenting.

However, my ex continues to ignore my requests and to post a completely false narrative of abuse or my disinterest in being a parent. This is completely false.

This entire situation is absurd and even the judges know it. This is the first ruling regarding my ex's false claims.

The problem with the court, even when you win, is that the state makes no effort to repair the damage:

- $15k in legal costs and debt
- Being separated from my 1yo daughter for 80+ days
- Losing my housing immediately

Today's nightmare is that I need about $340 before the end of today or my storage unit goes to auction.

It's pretty clear the ONLY thing my ex has to stand on keeping me away from my daughter is that my professional projects do not make comfortable consistent income.

Instead of just saying that and only that. My ex continues to push a false story of DV.

But in court filings the DV is only the fact that I didn't make as much as my as would like, "financial abuse".

And they also literally simply said I tell my daugher "no sometimes".

That's the ENTIRE original DV argument.

For some reason my ex has for the 3rd time made the EXACT same "financial abuse" arguements. While sprinkling in "he talked about guns a lot".... you know while leaving out the fact I'm normally talking about how heinous some gun crime was OR debating how we can solve many crimes(gun related too) simply with reducing police and increasing investing in community instead.

You know... basic ass 2020 Black Leftist positions on gun rights that they knew damned well I held before ever dating me.

Instead I got served hundreds of pages of documents over the last week and this week that cement the fact that we'll be in court possibly years now.

All literally my ex throwing anything at all that will stick at the wall to keep my daughter from me and prevent me from being a dad.

All while my ex claims they are not a controlling person.

If they're not controlling, then they can prove it by just letting me be a dad to my daughter.

Instead my ex is literally trying to use my car accident earlier this year, which fedi helped us recover from, as a reason to keep my daughter from me.

I wish I were making this up.

First they said I hit my head in the crash and it made me a big scary DVing Black man.

Tried that lie 2 times didn't work.

Now they claim I got my "license revoked bc of the crash and drove on a suspended license with my daughter"

After hurling 3 rounds of false accusations they do the whole Karen "see look, he's fixated on me!", you know without acknowledging they started it all.

I truly do not have time to think about my ex in any context other than their deliberate acts of parental alienation and racist weaponization of courts + cops.

Boiled down to it's essence, my ex's argument is that I'm an abusive Black man literally because I know my rights and I absoluetly have the right to NOT be in a relationship with them.

I (and my daughter) also have many rights that the court and cops must respect. I insist that they do.

And yes, asking courts and cops to NOT respect my basic constitutional rights and using ONLY my existence as a Black bodied man as evidence yes that is a patently racist position omfg.

Today's the day.

I'm facing triple jeopardy in an American court room. Something I was taught is quite illegal.

I've proven my case two times already and won two times.

Yet the state is still working to keep my daughter away from me.

Why?

This is America after all. Destroying Black dad's is a critical state function.

What I'm going through right now is literally just modern day lynching.

We have cute names for it like "the prison pipeline" dress it up in all legaleese and court pomp you want, but friends this is just the polite form of lynching.

My ex has constantly been calling the cops & courts on me for NO reason.

In America, we all know cops have ONE real job, killing brown people.

Walking into an American court room is already hard enough for anyone.

But as a Black person, as a Black activist who specifically has led legal battles against violent racist policing tactics all the way up to WA's supreme court... I've seen the vicious reality up close.

America has never been safe for Black Americans, today is no exception.

One of the most dangerous places for a Black person to be period is in contact with cops & courts.

I think it's every American's responsibility to question the laws and procedures that can lead to someone like me facing triple jeopardy in court.

Like how does that happen?

Why is this allowed?

Why do I get barely any support for the tens of thousands of dollars this state's racist assed laws and courts have cost me?

I've proven my innocence two times and the courts had to Quash rulings judges made based on lies from my ex that were discovered shortly after by the ruling judge himself.

I was literally evicted by a dozen Seattle DSA members to start this whole racist nightmare off.

I've now won twice in court, 3rd time pending.
None of them have apologized.

The organization has not apologized and continues to protect the abusers who illegally evicted me.

All they did was make my entire family housing insecure and reliant on the state.

Seattle DSA really proving MLKs point about liberals.

A point on Seattle DSA... neither I nor my ex were even members of their org.

When I say they illegally served I mean it. They literally did not have the legal authority what so ever to even serve me the type of paperwork they served.
