When GOP attorneys general embraced Jan. 6, corporate funders fled. Now they’re back

Even as the Republican Attorneys General Association has leaned further into promoting Trumpism and sowing doubt about U.S. elections, major sponsors including Amazon, Walmart and Home Depot have resumed their contributions to the group.

Georgia Public Broadcasting
@garidin Easy to #boycott these companies since most of them are into plenty of evil shit anyway. Whether they come & go on one issue makes little difference to me, so they might as well continue their #RAGA support. I was already boycotting every single one of those companies for other reasons.
@garidin Well, to be fair I’ve not boycotted #Visa & #Mastercard 100% in some cases where it would be quite crippling, but I always favor cash when possible & Discovercard as a 2nd choice. Visa & MC only in despiration. (note that #AmEx is worse yet for its #ALEC membership)

@garidin Few more #RAGA supporters from that article:

Johnson & Johnson (#JohnsonAndJohnson)
#UPS
AT&T (#ATT)
#UniversityOfPhoenix
#ConcordFund
#AllianceForConsumersActionFund

Since #FedEx is typically involved in a superset of UPS’ wrongdoing, I searched them out specifically and bingo:

FedEx 2021: vote AGAINST Griffith, Jackson, Martin, Ramo, Schwab, Steiner, Walshding, Pay and Auditor; FOR all shareholder proposals.

Note that #ATT, #Verizon, and #TMobile are all on the #RAGA supporter list. T-Mobile is consistently the lesser of the 3 evils, and even in this case they gave the least amount.

After riot, major corporations suspend donations to the Republican Attorneys General Association

The violent riot at the United States Capitol last week did not magically appear. First, millions of people had to be whipped into a frenzy over bogus charges of voter fraud. Then, a critical mass of them had to be directed to the Capitol building at the same time.
