Anyone else frequently have FedEx show a delivery date and then change it mid way? I get that things happen, but this is quite common for me. I’d think a logistics company as big as them could do better with estimates. I don’t care when, just set my expectations from onset. Maybe surprise me with good news every now and then.

any customer service more incompetent than #FedEx’s?

yesterday the delivered my package 2 miles away from my apartment so i filed a ticket.

missed initial call back and had to try 3 times to get an agent due to auto prompts.

the 1st rep was on auto pilot asking idiotic including “Were you home?", "Did you get a door tag?”, "Did you ask your neighbors?”

finally reached a supervisor and had to repeat identity questions all over again since 1st rep didn't share any.

unfuckingbelievable!
