Statt der in Aussicht gestellten #Visa für die Einreise nach Deutschland bekommen sie diese Nachricht: "Nach einer weiteren ausführlichen Prüfung wurde festgestellt, dass - anders als ursprünglich angenommen - keine Grundlage besteht für die Zusage einer Aufnahme in Deutschland."
In den Schreiben, die vor einer Woche verschickt wurden und der ARD vorliegen, heißt es weiter: "Wir bitten Sie höflichst, das Hotel bis Dienstag, 9. Dezember 2025 zu verlassen."

No ExceptionsThis whole visa thing -- it's not just social media. They also want all your the email addresses from the past 10 years, phone numbers you've used in the past five years (whatever the hell that means), IP addresses, metadata from uploaded photos, and biometric information.
They also mandate that if you take a selfie while in the US, you have to use a specific media app (which I assume is issued by the US gov't).
So: what's going on with us, who live here?
