JoshB Been an enthusiastic Python user/dev for 17 years. I work as a mechanical engineer and use Python for lab automation (as in, of actual physical things), data collection & analysis, and prototyping new devices there.
I also use Python for personal projects (web dev, desktop apps), along with CircuitPython.
Made it to my first PyCon last year, and hope to go again this year!

I also co-founded @wingware (Python IDE) where I still work. I've been using Python every day since about 1998, and still having way too much fun with it. That said, I don't tend to post a lot about programming, more about my garden and such things, so not sure how interesting I would be to follow. 🙂
