Sunday #Workout:
7.2 KM of #Walking (-15°C, -23 windchill, 73% humidity, and 15 KM/H wind).
Morning of reading and then a walk with @TAV to brunch by way of #Winterlude at Confederation Park and got the next round of photos of the ice sculptures there. A few are still being worked on. Names of the artists and names are in the ALT.
Certainly feels like it's warming up out there.
Saturday #Workout:
13.2 KM of #Running (-18°C, -27 windchill, 75% humidity, and 15 KM/H wind).
Today was supposed to be a short run, but I had to go check the ice sculptures. They're being actively worked on.
Pretty good Z2(ish) run, felt much warmer that earlier this week. Lots of people out in the various #Winterlude locations. Saw a few run clubs, strangely all cruising in the opposite direction I was heading. 🧐
213 KM run this month (🎉) and a bit over 62 KM this week. I'm really pleased.
Friday #Workout:
22 minutes of yoga for runners.
30 minutes of strength training.
10.6 KM of #Running (-23°C, -34 windchill, 68% humidity, and 22 KM/H wind, gusting to 32 KM/H).
Good workouts, strength was fun.
Run was chilly and windy. I decided to try another Z2 run to try to keep the sweating down to a minimum.
Will have to go out again tomorrow, because #Winterlude doesn't officially open today until 1600. My phone's front-facing camera seems to have trouble focusing in cold. 🤔 #IceBeard
