11 minutes of yoga for runners.
30 minutes of strength training.
7.3 KM of #Cycling (20°C, 51% humidity, with a 12 KM/H wind).
3.67 KM of walking.
Good workouts, then headed out for a ride and about 4KM in, realized the bike wasn't happy, so I detoured to the shop to let them have a look at it, and walked back to my lunch meeting.
So hot out. I do not like this weather. I miss #IceBeard season.
