11 minutes of yoga for runners.
21 minutes of yoga.
8.2 KM of #Running (-16Β°C, -17 windchill, 84% humidity, and 2 KM/H wind).
Extra yoga this morning for some additional stretching. Today was a Zone 3 run attempt (3.5%, 20.5%, 68.3%, 7.7%), bit harder for me to maintain as I kept falling back to Z2. Might have to switch to fast music rather than podcasts. Still a bit slippery, but the wind was gone.
And of course, #IceBeard returned.
