Do you ever just get sick of people and socializing? Like it sucked ya dry and made it so you don't feel good, have no energy, and just no fucks to give about anything else going on around you? It's been one of those days for me, and I've just basically snapped and feel angry now. Like someone really made me feel unheard and like I don't matter and now im angry to the point I feel sick and I can't fall asleep. I want to talk this out with the person but they just dismiss me and say we will talk about it tomorrow when I'm not so angry. It's like, I'm still gonna be this angry tomorrow! Nothing is gonna change! And then I'll have a lack of sleep too which will make it worse. Maybe I should just ignore them for a while. I don't know what to do, but the feeling of burnout from a single day sucks. Maybe I just need to communicate with my dog, people kinda suck.
