So I keep occasionally checking my old account @wakabagirl on the birdsite   and found this there in my mentions. People are still tagging me and following me sometimes, though I'm no longer posting. Kevin is a video maker and scholar I respect so much, and I'm tickled that he did this! I just wish it were on here. Very excited to have just submitted the manuscript for "The Chemistry of Character in #BreakingBad: A Videographic Book" to the publisher! In this case, the "manuscript" consists of a document with 14k words plus 24 #videoessays totaling 36gb and around 5 hours of viewing! #digitalhumanities #digitalpublishing #videographiccriticism

As I'm putting together the final draft of my manuscript for "The Chemistry of Character in #BreakingBad: A Videographic Book," I've realized that the 24 #videoessays included in the book amount together to just over 5 hours of videographic material (plus 13,000 written words)! Is that "equivalent" to a book? Two books? What's the conversion formula? #dh #digitalhumanities #videographiccriticism
