Trying #Mastodon and the #Fediverse for the first time. I'm primarily impressed and it seems to get most things right. Issues I'm having:
- #Hashtags are not filtered by language, so as a new user mostly following hashtags, I get a lot in my feed I can't read.
- #Hashtags are echo chambers for the views mainstream on the Fediverse. For example #AI is mostly not "interesting things in AI" but mainly anti-AI hate posts.
- #Moderation abuse and #censorship that break the instance's own rules.
Je ne suis pourtant pas fan de ces #hashtags mais c'est la bestiole que je vais avoir en garde bientôt 🫠
If you don't already know, you can and must follow hashtags.

#Mosstodon for the moss lover obviously
#bloomscrolling very important to unshit your timeline
#coosday a very underrated and underused hashtag for cows.
#funny #memes #guillotineswork are pretty much self explaining

Seit wann darf man denn bei Flipboard.social nur max. 3 #Hashtags verwenden?
