L'Unità: Chi ha vinto il referendum sulla Giustizia: i risultati della lunga battaglia tra il SÌ del governo Meloni e il NO delle opposizioni

Si profila una vittoria del NO al referendum sulla Giustizia promossa dal governo Meloni, almeno secondo quanto emerso dai primi instant ed exit poll pubblicati subito dopo la chiusura dei seggi. Per Swg/La7 il No è avanti con una forchetta del 44-53% contro il 47-51% del Sì. Gli instant poll di YouTrend/Sky indicano la prevalenza del No con una forchetta compresa tra il 49,5% e il 53,5%, col Sì che si attesterebbe invece tra il 46,5% e il 50,5%. I primi exit poll sono quelli di Opinio/Rai che confermano il No in vantaggio tra il 49 e il 53% dei voti, il Sì tra il 47 e il 51%.
A sorprendere, già dalla serata di ieri, l’alta affluenza alle urne: sicuramente al di sopra del 58%. Si votava fino alle 15:00, domenica 22 marzo e lunedì 23 marzo. “Approvate il testo della legge di revisione degli artt. 87, decimo comma, 102, primo comma, 104,105, 106, terzo comma, 107, primo comma, e 110 della Costituzione approvata dal Parlamento e pubblicata nella Gazzetta Ufficiale del 30 ottobre 2025 con il titolo ‘Norme in materia di ordinamento giurisdizionale e di istituzione della Corte disciplinare’?”, si leggeva sulla scheda con il quesito. SÌ oppure NO, le due caselle da barrare. I risultati definitivi arriveranno nel pomeriggio.
Gli italiani erano chiamati a votare per tre grosse modifiche all’ordinamento giudiziario: se la riforma verrà approvata dai Sì, verrà introdotta la separazione delle carriere tra pubblici ministeri e giudici, verrà sdoppiato il Consiglio Superiore della Magistratura (CSM), l’organo di autogoverno dei magistrati, e verrà creata una Alta Corte Disciplinare che si occuperà dei procedimenti disciplinari nei confronti degli stessi magistrati. La riforma prevede anche che i membri del Csm, per due terzi magistrati e per un terzo giuristi, non siano più eletti come avviene ora ogni quattro anni, ma siano nominati tramite sorteggio.

A “No” vote is projected to win the referendum on Justice promoted by the Meloni government, at least according to the initial instant polls and exit polls published immediately after the closing of polling stations. For Swg/La7, the No is ahead with a range of 44-53% against the 47-51% of the Sì. YouTrend/Sky instant polls indicate the prevalence of the No with a range between 49.5% and 53.5%, with the Sì stabilizing at between 46.5% and 50.5%. Italian citizens were called to vote on three major changes to the judicial system: if the reform is approved by the Sì, the separation of careers between prosecutors and judges will be introduced, the Superior Council of the Magistracy (CSM), the self-governing body of judges, will be doubled, and a High Disciplinary Court will be created to deal with disciplinary proceedings against the judges themselves. The reform also provides that the members of the CSM, for two-thirds of the judges and for one-third of lawyers, will no longer be elected as they are now every four years, but will be appointed by lottery.

Si sono aperti alle 7 di domenica, e chiuderanno alle 15 di lunedì 23 marzo, i seggi elettorali per il voto sulla riforma della giustizia. Gli italiani sono chiamati a scegliere se confermare o bocciare la riforma approvata dal governo di Giorgia Meloni e dal Parlamento che prevede modifiche alla Costituzione nelle parti che riguardano la magistratura.
Questo il quesito presente sulla scheda verde che verrà consegnata ai seggi: “Approvate il testo della legge di revisione degli artt. 87, decimo comma, 102, primo comma, 104,105, 106, terzo comma, 107, primo comma, e 110 della Costituzione approvata dal Parlamento e pubblicata nella Gazzetta Ufficiale del 30 ottobre 2025 con il titolo “Norme in materia di ordinamento giurisdizionale e di istituzione della Corte disciplinare”?”.
Un referendum costituzionale che non avrà bisogno del quorum, ovvero non sarà necessario che vada a votare più della metà degli aventi diritto per esser valido: vincerà il “fronte” che otterrà un voto più dell’altro.
In ballo ci sono tre grosse modifiche all’ordinamento giudiziario: se la riforma verrà approvata dai Sì, verrà introdotta la separazione delle carriere tra pubblici ministeri e giudici, verrà sdoppiato il Consiglio superiore della magistratura, l’organo di autogoverno dei magistrati, e verrà creata una Alta corte disciplinare che si occuperò dei procedimenti disciplinari, funzione che fino ad oggi detiene il Csm. La riforma prevede anche che i membri del Csm, per due terzi magistrati e per un terzo giuristi, non siano più eletti come avviene ora ogni quattro anni, ma siano nominati tramite sorteggio.

Avvolto in una coperta, il viso e il corpo di Luca erano stati sfigurati da 100 colpi tra martellate e coltellate. Per l’omicidio è stato condannato a 30 anni di carcere il proprietario dell’abitazione, Manuel Foffo. Con lui c’era Marco Prato, indagato per omicidio e che si è tolto la vita in carcere a poche ore dalla prima udienza.
La nuova vita di Marta Gaia Sebastiani
Intervistata da Fanpage, Marta parla di questi 10 anni in cui dice di aver “perso pezzi di me e ne ho ritrovati altri. Ho conosciuto un nuovo amore che mi ha tenuta in piedi quando pensavo di crollare per sempre. […] Ho imparato che si può amare di nuovo senza tradire chi c’era prima. Ma Luca è rimasto lì. Non è andato via. È solo diventato parte di una storia vissuta una vita fa, ma che a pensarla fa ancora parecchio male”. Nei suoi ricordi Varani vive come “un ragazzo che aveva un sorriso capace di illuminare una stanza intera, ma che nascondeva dentro un buio che non faceva vedere a nessuno […] era anche fragile, bisognoso di approvazione, con un vuoto enorme che cercava di riempire in modi sbagliati”.

“Ho cercato di salvarlo da sé stesso, ma non ci sono riuscita” continua ancora Sebastiani, che ammette di essere ancora “arrabbiata” con lui, “per le bugie, per i dettagli che non tornavano e che non ho avuto il coraggio di approfondire. Per avermi lasciato con domande che non avranno mai risposta. Per aver scelto di tenere nascosta una parte di sé che poi lo ha portato via“. Una rabbia difficile da gestire, perché rivolta verso qualcuno che non c’è più e non può dare le risposte che lei cerca. Da tutta questa storia Marta vuole comunque che un messaggio passi: “Non ci si può salvare da soli e che a volte, se è necessario, bisogna saper chiedere aiuto”.
