The movie's pretty damn awesome as it is but I kinda think it would've been good to leave this in the final version, it would give an explanation as to why Saavik's relatively emotional.
Movie time. As I noticed earlier that its original US theatrical release was on this day back in 1982, I couldn’t resist giving Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan another watch. I usually watch the director’s cut these days, but I felt that the theatrical version seemed more appropriate for the occasion.
