Tonight's movie is a classic and one of my favorites: The Blues Brothers (1980) - What great music!

I have the 25th Anniversary DVD which has the theatrical and extended versions on it. The extended version has 15 extra minutes with some fun scenes that help explain parts of the movie (like where Elwood parks the Bluesmobile and where he works), along with some longer musical numbers.

Stars John Belushi, Dan Aykroyd, Cab Calloway, Carrie Fisher, John Candy, Kathleen Freeman, James Brown, Frank Oz, Henry Gibson, Aretha Franklin, & Chaka Khan.

Directed by John Landis.

Music by the Blues Brothers Band, mostly, who also are the main characters.
