Shrimp and mussels with squid-ink linguini. This was one of my most enjoyable meals in Portugal. It's an Italian restaurant but all the ingredients are from local Portuguese farms or fisherman and each dish has a recommended Portuguese wine pairing. The waiters are super passionate about Porto and the region's history and basically gave me an impromptu lesson (as well as tastings) on the different wines in the Douro valley.

Btw, I think it's important to mention that their carpaccio comes with melon, which is a divine combination and something I wish American restaurants would realize.😋
