Einen schönen guten Morgen in die Runde. Ich genieße gerade die morgendliche Stille und starte ganz gemütlich in diesen Sonntag. Die Ruhe tut gut, denn später steht Action auf dem Plan: Wir treffen uns zur nächsten D&D-Runde. Die Vorfreude auf die Gruppe und unsere Geschichte ist groß. GMed a crazy pen&paper one-shot today:

The group consisted of a scientist, a criminal, an envoy of the vatican, a sentient mole and a tiny dwarf-like human that identified as a mole. They woke up without memory, buried alive in some catacombs beneath a cathedral.

After escaping their tombs, they fought some mole-priests that wanted to open a portal to the underworld and found out that the scientist performed experiments in her past to mind-swap moles and humans. See the theme yet?

While searching for clues the cathedral was shaken by terrible tremors coming from outside. Turns out, there was a giant mole hole where a satanic goat mole devil was currently in the process of digging himself out of the earth.

They remembered that vampires were apparently very good at fighting demon moles so they went back to the catacombs beneath the now collapsed cathedral to search for vampires. There, they found a vampire and a vampire mole. The vampire told them that he turned most of them to vampires as well before burying them there to help him fight this threat. They also found a gilded shoulderblade relic from a saint of moles.

Outside, a horde of flying fireball-throwing mole-imps awaited them. They fought those off only to face the final boss: Mole goat satan himself. But by clanging the gilded shoulderblade against the church bell and a heroic fight in general, they whack-a-moled satan back in his hole again. One of the group sacrificed himself to seal the hole with vampire blood.

Apart from the one that died, they all lived happily ever after. Because there's no sunlight under the earth, the scientist turned them all into mole-hybrids. But she also liked sunlight very much, so she found a way to make them resistent to sunlight but it caused them to glitter.

Long live the glittery vampire mole hybrids!

Oh, and the vatican envoy went back to rome to kill a mole that sat under the pope's mitre and controlled him. Suddenly, the catholic church turned out to be a lot less conservative.

Damn those moles!
