This morning I figured out how to hook up Open AI to Airtable so that when you modify a record by adding a long text field, it will automatically ask Open AI for a summarization of the field, and add that to a Summary field. @mz2 I'm a pretty big fan of the #Softr + #Airtable combination. My background is as a front-end software engineer but for many projects this is the cheapest and most efficient way to go!

I'm thinking about posting tips on an commercial app I use and love, called #softr. I'm not trying to shill for it, so much as to talk about a topic that's one of my core interests. Any opinions on whether this needs a CW and/or whether it is in the spirit of Mastodon?
