Ale vážně - nikdo neříká, že to nemůže autor dále sdílet na #bigtech platformách, pokud mu to přináší radost, štěstí či zisk. Je ale dobrý ukazovat, že máme alternativu a nebojíme se ji použít.
Když lidi uvidí, že to někdo používá, tak se čas od času objeví někdo novej. A nový lidi taky můžou znamenat víc peněz, devů, obsahu.
#VHSky stavíme s tím, že to je alternativa #YouTube, nikoliv konkurence. Fakt z garáže nemůžeš konkurovat miliardovýmu byznysu i kdybys byl sebelepší marketingovej mág...
Spíš mi trápí, jak nějakou nenásilnou cestou zpropagovat Fediverse
Propichovat bubliny - tak jak to píšu. Kdo má #socnet na starých sítích, ať tam prostě linkuje #Mastodon nebo #PeerTube .. lidi přijdou
I'm imagining an ad free social network that supports its users via micropayments.
For example, users pay a monthly fee and get a quantity of 'likes' or whatever for that fee.
'Likes' automatically send a micropayment to the post creator.
A percentage is used to support the platform.
It'd incentivize quality content, and keep the platform 100% user supported and ad-free.
Is there anything out there already that does this? I have lots of features in my head.

I don't know how #Bluesky is funded, but they have a small fast-moving innovative team. Their site is a work in progress, still lacking some basic features, but they have already implemented tons of cool ideas no other soc-net has.
They have the advantages of being the late-comers. They can see all the faults built into #Twitter, #Mastodon, and #Nostr; then actively dodge those pitfalls.
