Thursday #Workout:
11 minutes of yoga for runners.
20 minutes of strength training.
12 minutes of snow shovelling.
6.7 KM of #Walking (light snow, -6°C, -10 windchill, 86% humidity, and 10 KM/H wind).
Good workouts, after I finished shovelling snow and started my run, one of my knees felt a bit off, so I slammed on the brakes and walked it out rather than risk injury. Rare instance of #SnowBeard.
