Thursday #Workout:
11 minutes of yoga for runners.
20 minutes of strength training.
12 minutes of snow shovelling.
6.7 KM of #Walking (light snow, -6°C, -10 windchill, 86% humidity, and 10 KM/H wind).

Good workouts, after I finished shovelling snow and started my run, one of my knees felt a bit off, so I slammed on the brakes and walked it out rather than risk injury. Rare instance of #SnowBeard.

Monday #Workout:
11 minutes of yoga for runners.
30 minutes of total body strength training.
11KM of #Running (-16°C, -24 windchill, 80% humidity, and 15 KM/H wind).

Good workouts, and after some tinkering in settings, my watch now pings me when I poke into zone 3 and again when I fall to zone 1. This made it *so much easier* to stay in Z2. I think this is my way going forward. (thanks @mlawton for the idea).

And of course, some #SnowBeard even though it's warming up.
