11 minutes of yoga for runners.
20 minutes of strength training.
14.4 KM of #Running (showing drifting snow, -10°C, -21 windchill, 64% humidity, and 44 KM/H wind, gusting to 63 KM/H).
Good workouts, and then, wow. I didn't expect the temperature to drop so much in a short period of time, pushing the windchill below the #TeamShorts line, so I altered the route to try and shield myself. Wind, blowing snow, ice, made for a challenging zone 2 run (9.2%, 72.8%, 18.0%).
