The industry hasn't learned it yet, and it will probably be a painful lesson.

@SamuraiSakura I love Gemini for " #smallComputing ". I think it would fit #Commodore 's vision well. Maybe someone will write a Gemini browser for the #C64U . If not, I hope Commodore will consider Gemini in the future. I think it would fit their "Digital Detox Brand" vision.
This can't be happening. #Commodore is back?? https://www.commodore.net/product-page/commodore-64-ultimate-basic-beige-batch1
"Commodore has returned from a parallel timeline where tech stayed optimistic, inviting, and human."
"The first official Commodore 64 in over 30 years is here - a faithful recreation of the original motherboard on FPGA hardware."
I know this news is a few weeks old, but I'm just discovering this. This is the kind of thing I dream about.
I finally decided to use my #raspberrypi 400 as a main desktop. It's a really nice for #permacomputing and just #smallcomputing in general. I plan on writing a bunch of #uxn programs on this
The small N900 screen was good, since a resistive-screen stylus controlled all those linux app buttons so easily. No finger-width spacing! The stylus was simple plastic, easy to replace.

I read makers saying they don't want to make room for a stylus, but honestly I would be willing to hold mine on with a rubberband, to get that level of touch-screen control again.
Re: libranet.de/display/0b6b25a8-3… (by myself)
Someone wrote a blog post on this, the heirloom program or the 100-year program or something and drew the SML conclusion, but I can't find it now.
It was written over a year ago. It wasn't the CollapseOS guy, nor was it anyone at Merveilles Town.
