Hopped into Iron Banner in #Destiny2 this morning and within two matches felt like I wanted nothing to do with the game mode.
I understand that #SBMM results in high-skilled players having bad connections but like. This is the alternative? No hope of being able to improve myself because I get killed in 0.4 seconds by a crouch spamming Ace of Spades titan who tanks damage from three different guardians and doesn’t die? What’s fun about that for everyone else?
This is why I hold the #PVP community of the game accountable for ruining it more than I do the devs. They complain about PVP dying from lack of content but they’re the ones who make it virtually impossible for casual, low-skill, or average skill players to jump in and have some fun. Why do I want to try and improve if every encounter feels hopeless? So I’ll just leave and contribute to the death of the game mode. 🤷🏻
