Telegrammers. I have a feeling that the Request to Join groups on telegram are totally bugged.
Because when you request to join a group, and come back later. It looks your request has been denied without admin intervention.
Is this been happening to you too. And group admins, have you received complaints of "rejected" users you didnt reject?
