This is a fun tool if you want to look under the hood of the EU #QMV v. #unanimity debate and see how the #EU consensus sausage gets made. First conclusion seems to be: there's A LOT of it, our governments don't like outvoting each other, the only way you land in that 20% outvoted bracket is by being Viktor Orbán, PiS or the UK under pretty much any government (DeGaulle was right, not exactly news...)

R to @AnnaFotyga_PE: #QMV does not guarantee more efficient EU policies. It is enough to recall the policy of #Berlin and #Paris towards #Moscow in the last decades, even shortly after the invasion of Ukraine.
Renaming the ‘#Normandy’ format an ‘#EU’ format would not make it any better.
