Today I’m trying to heal my nervous system after a couple of months of way too much caffeine. ☕🚫 Instead, I’m leaning into fresh fruit + healthy soups for steady energy, better hydration, and that clean, bright feeling that actually lasts.
This bowl is my reset button:
🍓 strawberries for sweetness
💙 blueberries for that antioxidant boost
🥭 melon for hydration
Not gonna lie, being off of caffeine for three days now has been a bit rough (hello headache + mood swings 👀), but I feel better just knowing I am eating heathier especially in the Winter when I tend to eat too many comfort foods.
