The truth is in the 21st century there's only two major ideologies that exist. That being liberalism and reactionary illiberalism. The battle between the eternal present and the revolt against modernity. With Russia, the PRC and the neoreactionary faction of the Republican party within the US representing reactionary illiberalism. While the European Union and the Democratic party of the US representing liberalism.

That both online tankies and fascists are both slices of reactionary illiberalism. Since they are both funded by Russia and repeat the same Russian propaganda. The problem with this is that liberalism cannot be the only opposition to reactionary illiberalism. Because liberalism is not purely progressive and because of that it's cracks and flaws make it easy for reactionary illiberals to point to and turn people away from it.

What is needed to defeat the rising tide of reactionary illiberalism is a revolutionary progressivism. Something that is purely progressive. The problem with this is that currently there is no ideology that's purely progressive. The closest thing there is anarchism. Since anarchism's opposition to hierarchy makes it immune to social and systematic conservatism.

But it's one blind spot is on forms of oppression outside of hierarchy such as natural constraints. Which is where you get conservative forms of anarchism like primitivism. I think what we need is an ideology that goes beyond just opposing hierarchy but all constraints including natural ones. We need a radical left transhumanism that opposes all constraints including natural ones. To fight for the freedom of the individual to do and be anything. Including changing and modifying their form to their true selves.

What you are able to do with your own body should never be the diktat of delusional misogynists, false feminists, religious decrees or politicians.

It shouldn't matter if the form you choose to inhabit is the subject of a thousand kinks and a million pornographic depictions, nor should it matter how many pearls it makes your local HOA Karen clutch. It shouldn't matter how massively obvious or hidden your sexual assets are, nor whether you intend to use them at all for procreation or fun.

It shouldn't matter what species you look like or have written your genetics to resemble or be. It shouldn't matter what colour or size you are, or whether you fit people's expectations in any way at all.

What should matter is that you are your true self and judgement is based on your authentic self, not on people's presumptions, fallacies, biases or projections. What should matter is that you act on objective morals, not on peer pressure or fear.

The form one takes is not for policing. It is not for debate or negotiation. It is only a matter that should remain between yourself and what is physically, biologically and chemically possible without causing objective harm to others (a definition of which has no basis in their egos or their fears, but instead is based in what actually affects their survival and non-judgemental enjoyment of life).

I remember in 2008 there was a series of image slideshow videos on YouTube called Furry Armageddon by SlyFoxTail. These slideshows took furry art in war, apocalyptic and post apocalyptic settings, and set it to dramatic soundtracks.

These videos were a major part of my introduction to furries in this life.

Not that I would ever wish such scenarios on anyone as were in that artwork, but I can't help but feel these days that they are palpably closer to reality, both for the backdrop and the potential future existence of actual biological furries as species in this world.

I'm here for the latter, and I am prepared to deal with fighting through the former for it.

I think the reason why people being against transhumanism bothers me so much is because since I'm fully psychological and I'm not spiritual, from a purely materialist and scientific standpoint that is the only way I could get my dragon body.

And people being against it essentially are preventing the only way I could ever get it, because of that making me feel dysphoric, I don't want to stereotype here as this doesn't apply to all spiritual alterhumans, as there are plenty of spiritual alterhumans who are transhumanist.

But the general vibe I get is that the more psychological you are the more likely you are to be interested in things like transhumanism, genetic modification, and things like that, while the more spiritual you are the more likely to be interested in things like astral projection, psychedelics and other things like that.
