~6 mg (~0.12 mL; 50 mg/mL concentration) estradiol enanthate injected intramuscularly into the vastus lateralis in our left thigh using our Union Medico auto-stabber and a 25 mm 25G TotalDose low dead space needle 💉

We caught a little bit of a bleed happening as we were pulling the needle out, so just pulled it out extra slowly and immediately wiped and covered it, so it had chance to clot a little before we put a plaster on 🩸🩹

Not surprised we had a bleed, as we've averaged just over 5 hours sleep nightly this week, so we're feeling permanently exhausted, plus low-level headachy and eyeachy. At least we managed it on the right day this week  

Nearly finished this enanthate vial now. It's our last enanthate vial from Voix Céleste, who've now shut down, so there are some feels about that.

But at least we've got one final VC vial ready to go. It's an undecylate one in MCT oil. We'd been meaning to switch to fortnightly (every 2 weeks) for a while, but it's taken us a while to finish the last enanthate one.

It'll really be the end of an era soon... in more ways than one

A co-worker of mine has a gay 18 year old son living in DeKalb County Georgia going to GCSU.

My co-worker described the place as "you can smell the cows when you walk outside".

His son cannot find a safe space to be his gay self and meet other LGBTQIAS2 people. He's not very technically literate but I did give his dad a link to fedi.tips and suggested he help his son get on that to connect with like-minded folks.

I have two questions:

• What's a good Fedi instance for Sharkey or Mastodon for a gay 18 year-old living in DeKalb County?
• Does anybody know any LGBTQIAS2 safe spaces in DeKalb County?

Edit: he's in East DeKalb County which makes a difference, apparently.

My "Guide to Pride Flags" started as a way to explain to grandparents what the flags around their church meant to the people flying them, and to dunk on each other that they actually understood what their grandchildren were talking about.

It is fairly incomplete, so if you have any suggestions, I'd love to hear them, especially if you can post with pictures of obscure pride flags, and links to a site that explains their meaning.
