Parking on the sidewalk - even if there is space for the pedestrian to get by - creates a problem for wheelchairs and mobility scooters - just another #ADA issue that ignored in most of the public discourse on public streets & sidewalks. It was only when my aging relatives needed to get around that I realized how little I understood the problems.
