Should you be detained by local law enforcement agencies or ICE while protesting demand you be read your Miranda Warning (aka Miranda Rights)

“You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you. You have a right to counsel and also to wear whichever produce on your head you wish in a court of law . . .”
Suspects who invoke their Miranda rights or remain silent are perceived as more guilty and less trustworthy than those who speak to police, leading to increased scrutiny and investigative focus, even among individuals in law enforcement-related fields.
If this was inside the studio, that's private property. That's private security, not police. No requirement for Miranda rights to detain until police get there.
You are not allowed to have demonstrations, peaceful or otherwise, on private property without explicit, prior permission.
Suppose someone is on trial for something serious (like murder). The defense argues:

Should the suspect be aquitted if this one case would then set the stage going forward that forces all legal statutes to be openly accessible to everyone?

MSNBC’s Chris Hayes drew an important parallel when refuting the #Republican argument that #Trump is being treated unfairly by the #DOJ:
consider the case of #RealityWinner, prosecuted by Trump’s DOJ for leaking ONE document.
When Reality Winner was arrested in 2017, she wasn’t read her #MirandaRights, & she was blocked from posting #bond.
Trump’s DOJ planned to keep her behind bars until trial — a full 16 mos (arrested June 3, 2017, trial scheduled October 15, 2018)
