This is the piece of SHIT liberal DA who tried to imprison me for 11.8 years because I went to a defensive counterprotest on August 17th, 2019, and when I witnessed a broad daylight murder attempt (with a HAMMER) carried out by actual neo-nazis from Los Angeles and Washington State, I intervened and stopped the attack before my comrades and I repelled the nazi would-be murderers, forcing them to flee. Despite the severity of this incident, no one was injured, probably due to my personal intervention and that of my community. Schmidt never bothered to even reach out to the actual nazis, such as Mark Kuon, the would-be murderer, of the American Guard. But he DID pursue TWO Measure 11 mandatory minimum charges (among other felonies) against me, despite my actions being not only benign but arguably benificent that day. I want to organize an action where we blanket his podcast with questions about the cases, like mine, that he abandoned or misprosecuted for political gain. There are two other cases about which I would LOVE for Schmidt to be asked on his shitty little show. Please share this if you want to help.
