The #art for this #comicbook page is flying by! Usually when I am #makingart by the time I post video I've filmed along the way I'm still relatively close to where I was when I filmed the #wip vid, but this time I'm now deep in inking when I'm posting these pencils! I'm getting faster!

I still can't find a better set-up for filming myself #makingart , cuz o' my big head and bad eyes, so I know it's hard to see the actual #comicbook page but I wanna document my actual making of #art using these traditional methods because I think it matters nowadays.

I love #makingart but, increasingly & most especially, making #comicbooks .

I'm slow & I'm teaching myself everything along the way, and I really want to find my audience, but I'm #drawing it and enjoying it regardless.

Behold! It's art.

I wanted to get a lot more depth of values in the black ink painting, but the paper in this book isn't actually good enough for that kind of layering & detail. It can only absorb so much.
