CEOs are about extracting value. They are leeches. When something good grows in popularity it is generally attacked by the system and the owner is forced (via #extortion or in the formative stages) to put in a trained #hypnotist, linguist and all around nice guy (aka the #CEO) that will do the #banks bidding while extracting as much #humanEnergy as possible from all participants.

#Google used to use #ReCAPTCHA to digitise #oldBooks. A good and fair use of the #technology, if and only if, you can access said #books #freely. Remember the two word #CAPTCHAs, that's what they were.
