Speaking of the the late #Ello , this little video on #ElementaryOS /#eOS reflects similar problems that that little Social Media service had, basically treating their Desktop OS Project as a Hipster Art Project instead of addressing the actual needs and wants of users.

Their App Center isn’t making money either.
