Denis 🌏@stonebear The hoppin' john came out great! I was worried that I had overdone it with the Better Than Boullion, but no... very tasty (I seasoned it definitely on the spicy side as well).
Found a really good recipe, a little different than how I used to make it (this is more like a black-eyed peas chili than rice+beans) but I really like it. Has kale in it too as the greens. It's a keeper.
